During his time there he was responsible for the management, review and training of 24 engineers while efficiently operating 7-10 work fronts every day. These work fronts included slickline, E-line, coiled tubing, acid stimulations, zonal isolation, surveillance, cleanouts, fishing and hydraulic fracture stimulations.
In 2001, Steve joined Kerr McGee as a Senior Staff Engineer where he continued to work in operations in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Wyoming. Steve was responsible for the identification of new drills, completions, workovers, recompletions, artificial lift, compression, facility installation and field supervision.
